Pre-training

1. Research - Onsite meetings and telephone interviews with managers and a cross section of the target group help us to better understand the company and the specific communication needs, challenges and goals.

2. Needs Analysis - Learning and Identifying your company’s and/or team’s specific communication needs, strengths and weaknesses through the research stage.

3. Tailored Course Outline - Presenting a detailed course outline, with clearly defined and agreed-upon objectives, and fine-tuning when necessary.

Post-training

4. Feedback and Evaluation – Feedback questionnaire completed by participants and debriefing session (onsite or telephone) with manager.

5. Recommendations – Proactive recommendations for ongoing improvement of communication, advanced training and referral to additional sources as appropriate.
